Estate Sale Assistant

(part-time)

This is for you if you are detail-oriented, love systems and processes, and have an interest in vintage and household items. You will work with other assistants along with our Field Manager to sort, organize, stage, and host estate sales. We are always looking for ways to work smarter by enhancing existing processes and procedures plus anticipating the needs of customers to create an even better estate sale experience for them. 

Position is project-based and locations will vary. Work hours are roughly Mon - Thurs, 9:30a - 1:30p. 

This position is paid & part time (15 - 20 hours per week) with occasional Fri/Sat work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Work in conjunction with teammates to maximize efficiency and timeliness

  • Able to take direction from Field Manager

  • Sort and organize contents in the client’s home in preparation for estate sale

  • Prepare items for estate sale by bundling and tagging

  • Assist customers as they shop the estate sale by taking purchases to the checkout area & to their cars

  • Assist customers with large purchases such as appliances & furniture

Summer Internship

(part-time)

This is for the high school or college student looking to gain experience over the summer. Areas of work will include project management, social media marketing, graphic creation, along with possible onsite estate sale work. 

Must have an amazing work ethic, be accountable with your word, and willing to learn!

We encourage our interns to apply for credit through their school (we can assist with this); these are also paid positions.

Estate Sale Presales Coordinator

(part-time)

This is for you if you love photography, social media, and reselling online.

This position is integral to our estate sale team with the primary objective to photograph inventory for presale and marketing purposes. The secondary objectives are to follow up with customers on payment and pickup, price valuable items, and create marketing content for each estate sale. Photography skills are a plus but proficiency in all social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) is a requirement.

This is a part-time project based position.
