Halloween Costumes & Decor - Thrift With Me!

There’s something magical about Halloween—the costumes, the creativity, the eerie decorations… and if you're like me, the thrill of a great deal. This year, I’m on a budget for a cute Halloween look and decorations, so I hit up my local Goodwill to see what options they had.

Whether you're looking to save money, reduce waste, or simply stand out with a one-of-a-kind costume, here’s how you can haunt in style and on a budget.

When I first entered I saw these adorable endcaps full of Halloween decor! From signs, to stickers they seemed to have it all, all for a low price. I really loved the white pumpkin stakes at the bottom of the left photo - so cute!!

As I continued on my hunt for anything and everything spooky I ran into these super cute and super soft blankets. They reminded me of ones you’d find at TJ Maxx or Target for a much cheaper price! It’s so hard for me to resist a cozy blanket, no matter how many I have!

For my final finds on decor we have this entry mat and skeletons. There were a couple choices of entry mats, which I loved! When thinking of thrifting decor there’s so many more options than just the obvious placed items such as these. You could thrift worn books, old candlesticks, glass jars, mismatched frames and so much more to have the spookiest (not for your wallet) house yet!

Now, what you’re probably here for - costumes! I found so many wigs, makeup, masks, and props that you could use to have your costume come to life! This is the perfect place to create the costume of your wildest imaginations, especially for the little ones. If you are unsure what you want to be and have a couple ideas in mind, this will be great for you. Once you see the racks, inspiration will likely hit!

There were so many precious costumes for the little ones: fairies, princesses, pumpkins, superman, spiderman, pirates, and more! It’s a great way to keep your kiddos and your bank account happy this Halloween.

Last but not least, I found some items that I thought some of you might be surprised to see, that I know kids these days are loving - Squishmallows!
