Thrift w/ me - Gaffney, SC
We’ve been working for weeks on our next estate sale in Gaffney, South Carolina. We can’t go somewhere without wondering how the thrifting is in the area! We’ve rounded up some of the best thrift stores in Gaffney for you. Keep reading to see what stores we visited, and what we spotted at each of them!
Our first stop was Handfuls of Purpose.
Above is the link to their website that has their address and hours listed! We couldn’t get over how low their prices were!!! Now for what we found inside….
The chair was $5, plates were 5 for $1, etc. SUPER cheap thrifting! The store was packed!
Thrifting make you thirsty? They even had $0.50 drinks here. We didn’t look through the clothing, but they definitely have it if that’s your thing!
After we left Handfuls of Purpose, we headed to The Salvation Army (address pictured above). This store is great about having frequent sales! They do 50% off the entire store most Saturdays.
This particular day, the sale was what is pictured above. We bought this Nespresso machine here! It was 25% off of $34.99.
Just a quick drive from Salvation Army is Gaffney’s Goodwill store. Again, we were mainly focused on hard goods this day, but this store is jam packed with clothes, shoes, etc.
These first two finds are screaming coastal. The perfect addition to your beach house! Not into modern beige toys for your kids? Thrift stores are a great place to look. Checkout this fun vintage Little Tikes kitchen playset.
After we shopped around at Goodwill, we headed to an actual gem…Country Treasures!
Looks can be deceiving. Don’t let the falling signage deter you. This is the equivalent of a great hole in the wall restaurant. Country Treasures is a consignment store that cherry picks through donations. They also launder and iron all their clothing before selling it. You wouldn’t believe some of the things they had in this store.
The prices at Country Treasures are great! We found it to be cheaper than Goodwill.
Country Treasures was our last stop for our day out thrifting in Gaffney! Now we have to know, which store would you like to go checkout? Did anything we saw catch your eye? Maybe you know of a thrift store in Gaffney we didn’t visit! If you do, CERTAINLY let us know! We still have a few weeks to hang around the area, as our estate sale isn’t until May 30th & 31st.
