April Estate Sale Recap
Wow….it’s already the end of April! Let’s take a moment to look back on this month in review: the sales hosted, behind the scenes content, and all of the fun April held.
We hosted two sales in April - Charlotte and Statesville. Each of these projects were vastly different yet somewhat similar. First, we will take a closer look at our Charlotte estate sale.
CHARLOTTE
The team hit the ground running. With only a two week time frame to make this project come together, they got straight to work! They left no item untouched. With much attention to detail, our professionals sorted the entire home into piles to sell, donate, and discard.
During this process, you never know what we’ll come across. We see it all!!! Jennifer is sporting a fabulous fur, Kayla shows off a vintage Polly Pocket she found, and Dana discovered this red dress while going through clothing.
While we do have just a little bit of fun setting up our sales, here’s the part that matters most. Checkout these before and after photos. The photo on the right is ready for customers! It is highly important to our team to show respect and value to someone’s home, belongings, and life while setting up the sale.
Team member Kayla does the best job with our marketing photos. These were just a handful of items that were available to purchase in Charlotte.
One of my personal favorite items we sold from the Charlotte sale was this Mid-Century Modern floral chair. Isn’t it beautiful?
Overall, our Charlotte sale was a success. Happy clients, happy customers, and memories passed on.
STATESVILLE
Now, let’s reminisce on our Statesville sale!
There are so many things to be said about Statesville. This home held belongings that were shipped in from Paris. The owner lived 50 years abroad before returning to Statesville. She had true treasures that reflected a life well lived. Amazing artwork, stunning furniture, and SCARVES are just some items worth highlighting from this sale.

This photo was from our first day on-site. When we pulled out this Hermes box…we knew it was going to be a great sale! Some finds leave us speechless!
We had to make a few funny reels modeling the mink coats! LOL. The team is always up for creative direction. Kayla’s photos were once again absolutely fabulous! We post content from all of our estate sales on TikTok, but this particular one blew up! So many new customers visited us in Statesville. Our early access event (held the Wednesday before the public sale) sold out!
